Dosage

Boil the contents in 100ml of filtered water for 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 hours (overnight), reheat until steaming and then strain.

Top up with filtered water to maintain 1L then refrigerate or freeze. Drink 100ml daily in single or divided doses.

Must be finished within 10 days after preparation or defrost (reboil every 3 days to prevent spoiling). Discard any excess after 10 days.
